Our Mission:

The mission of Pine Street United Methodist Church is to live the Gospel and to make disciples for Jesus Christ through Christian education, inspirational worship, spiritual growth opportunities, caring ministry and outreach to the community.

Praise Band and Contemporary Choir

9:40 a.m. Church School

Classes for all ages, Nursery through Adult

10:45 a.m. Traditional Worship Service

Sanctuary Choir with Organ Accompaniment

The 10:45 a.m. service is broadcast on radio
station WWPA, 1340 AM.

Childcare is provided during all services.

Welcome Reverend Dr. Pamela Ford

Pine Street United Methodist Church welcomes Rev. Dr. Pamela Ford as our interim pastor. Pastor Ford comes to us from her former position of District Superintendent of the State College District from which she has recently retired. She has also been a Susquehanna Conference Pastor for more than 30 years. We look forward to Pastor Ford's leadership and guidance throughout the next year.

Thank you to Pastor Aden Wertz for his service to Pine Street over the past 5 years. We wish him well on his new appointment to Good Shepherd/Warriors Mark in the Altoona District.

Family Promise Week

We need everyone to step up and lend a hand ... Pine Street UMC will be hosting Family Promise July 3 - July 10. Please check your calendars and give a little time on this great mission. It is a holiday week and everyone has something going on. So any small amount of time you can give would be appreciated. Contact Rhonda Portanova or Nancy Goldy as soon as possible to lend a hand.
